The mission of the Bachelor degree program of studies in Engineering and Management in Public Food Services and Agritourism consists in training the experts in the field of catering services and of agritourism by the participation in a higher level of training process, level requiring a pertinent inter-disciplinary study. Thus, we propose for a unitary approach of the catering services, of the agritourism activity, and for an approach of the engineering issues adjacent to these activities.

  • C1. Performing calculations, demonstrations and applications for solving tasks specific for engineering and management based on the knowledge in the fundamental and engineering sciences.
  • C2. Elaborating and interpreting the technical, economic and managerial documentation.
  • C3. Planning the flows, the processes and the technical, economic, financial and socio-cultural systems in the units for catering services and agritourism; the control and evaluation of these activities.
  • C4. Managing the information systems: software applications – operation and customization, based on indicators specific for the field.
  • C5. Management of the units of production/ services delivery in catering services and agritourism and of the marketing strategies and policies in the field.
  • C6. Designing new products and services; quality control and audit of the delivered new production/ service.

  • CT1.
