The Bachelor degree program Tourism Geography offers the possibility to thoroughly learn some fields of avant-garde directly connected to the scientific knowledge of the touristic phenomenon, including for sustainable development. This program contributes both to the capitalization of the tourist potential and to the specification of the possibilities for its reasonable exploitation for the sustainable development and for the European integration.

  • C1. Defining and describing the main notions, regularities, processes and geographic phenomena, explaining their genesis and evolution, the evaluation of the consequences they had on the natural and anthropic geographic systems.
  • C2. Identifying and analyzing the geographic potential in touristic purpose
  • C3. Processing the data obtained during some theoretical research and the analysis of the results.
  • C4. ITC use for information processing and its analysis.
  • C5. Substantiation of the solutions based on the corroboration of the information from various sources, with teaching, scientific and popularization character in the field of Geography
  • C6. Putting into practice the principles of multi- and interdisciplinary when dealing with the field of geography
